I have recently moved to Madison from North Carolina and
cannot find a teaching job! I have three years of experience
too. How do you get a job here? Please help!

I don't know what the job market is in Madison, I just
thought it interesting that someone moves from the south to
the north. Usually it is the other way around! Good luck,
and I hope that you love Wisconsin. I miss it very much.
