Hello,

I am a special education teacher in a full inclusion school in Wiscosnin. I provide specialized instruction (per the IEP) to students on my caseload in the regular education classroom. Are there any laws out there that state that I can't provide specialized instruction to regular education students? It would make sense because they do not have an IEP and if they needed additional help, it seems their classroom teacher would provide that. Any help is appreciated.
