Thank you for your responses. Actually, the workers comp coordinator in my county told me that he is pretty sure my replacement glasses will be covered. The optician where I bought the new glasses told me that he has done workers comp claims before, so apparently they have paid for them in the past. I am slowly recuperating from all my injuries.
