Did I hear this right ont he radio this morning? The state senate passed the Govenors bill that would have school going year round and all kinds of other BS crap like teachers working more days with no pay increase and other garbage? Please tell me I missed half of what was being talked about on the radio.

cat Didn't we get the 43 week cap in lieu of a pay raise? it seems everything we have gotten "in lieu" of a raise has now been taken away or we pay for now. I am not against year round school, but there are ways to do it so that the school year has less gaps, but equal days off. 2 or 3 weeks between quarters can be used for make up days due to snow, et...See More
