Does anyone have any resources for the general knowledge English language skills exam? I retake mine on March 18 for the fifth time. I am using the learning liaisons Boot Camp right now. Any suggestions are welcome.

English is my second language, so ELS doesn't come easy for me. I took the test unprepared and failed. I used/memorized rules from http://www.chompchomp.com and I passed it on the second try. Hope it helps.

Took ELS and passed - a lot of their / its questions. Know when to use their v it's and their v. His or her 2 Logical sequencing questions (putting sentences in order) Know to put a ; before the word however or therefore Know when to use a . Or a comma Two answers were no change necessary

Tough to predict. Hours to never seems to be the range of getting a response after interviewing for teaching positions and I would think it applies for ISS positions. Days to to weeks seems fairly typical, if you are the selected candidate. If you were not selected you often never hear the outcome (although in theory they are supposed to email ever...See More
