Please share the essay prompt of the tests you are taking to help other peers on this forum. I believe that is the reason we are all here, to help each other out. 2 other people who went with my friend also took the reading passages and did not pass. They will let me know what the prompts were and I will be sharing. Just venting a bit, sorry.

I am a grade teacher and would like to get some advice on implementing 3H comprehension strategy . I am not sure as to how to go about and implement the " in my Head" part. How deep this question can get and how to best deliver comprehension lessons to my 7-year-old students. Any advice is appreciated.

You can leave a comment he...See MoreI've worked on a online tool lately that lets teachers make schedules in an easy manner. It's very basic atm. Would anyone here mind trying it out and give me some feedback. So far I've got most of the input from my wife (teacher), so it'd be appreciated... :-)
I've built a survey that will take around one hour to complete. You will need to look at 20 paragraphs and create some question/answer pairs that would be good to assign to hypothetical students to check their reading comprehension. To thank you for your help, we would be happy to send you a $35 USD gift card to the retailer of your choice (Amazon, iTunes, Barnes&Noble, etc.).
If any of you current/former classroom teachers could help us out with our project we would be very grateful! The link is https://stanforduniversity.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_elgBEMWAQ6IKOqx and I'd be happy to answer any questions about the survey and/or the project. Thanks for your help!
Every now and then take a good look at something not made with hands - a mountain, a star, the turn of a stream. There will come to you wisdom and patience and solace and, above all, the assurance that you are not alone in the world.
