Conditional green card/EAD - can I be a teacher?

I am moving to the States by end of this year through K1 visa (marriage based), and I want to be a teacher after I got married. Can I be employed as a teacher if I hold a work permit or a conditional green card?

Erin Take a look on the Fl DOE website. If you send them your university transcripts along with any certification- they will be able to tell you your eligibility.
