I think our exercise has been related to wrapping presents. Maybe that should be our count instead of steps.

I'm back on the "wheel" at least for today: 11,504 steps at the gym. It's in the mid-20's, so not real cold, but now it's melty and slippery, so I chose the safer path. Apparently everyone else in town is shopping. No one else was on the track for the 75 minutes I walked.

Old Walker :) I loved to walk when we live in the suburbs, now we live in a rural area where the only track is always in use by one of the schools. We have no sidewalks, and narrow roads. Elaine/ret/IN Hey, Old Walker, welcome to the Exercise Roll Call. I hope you'll return often. I admire your ingenuity in finding ways to exercise indoors. Another one that I've used is on You Tube: Google "Leslie Sansonne." There are a variety of choices, and I love the variety.

Old Walker Thanks! House walking is catching on here, now my husband is doing it! Our poor carpet may need to be replaced by spring! That would be a good excuse to change it. :)

I don't have a pedometer and couldn't figure out FitBit so I gave it to my niece. I like to walk in 30 minute increments at least.
