Well, I stayed on the bike in class a couple minutes longer this morning to say I reached 18 miles today! She was pushing (maybe motivating is a better word) is hard and we would definitely be seeing results with consistent workouts like that.

School started back today for the grandkids so the first grader and I bundled up and did our mile walk to school, We left a few minutes early since freshly fallen snow always is too much fun to just walk and not stop and play in, too. I am trying so hard to learn housespeak. Every time something breaks, so do I. The old microwave gave up the ghost (fortunately we have an even older one, too) and I think/hope/pray I just ordered a new one (mounted over range with fan) from my best p...See More
