Trainer day:
--5 minute treadmill warm up
Set 1 --curtsy lunge, 10 per leg, 10 lbs dumbbells --bird dog, 10 each side --lat pull down on cable machine, sitting on stability ball, 60 lbs (increased to 80 for last 2 circuits) --sumo static squat, twist with 10 lbs kettle bell, 5 each side Repeat 2 more times
Set 2 --jumping jacks with 3 lbs dumbbells, one minute (30 seconds last circuit) --inch worm, 10 times (cut to 5 last circuit) --back lunge into front raise, 10 each leg, 10 lbs dumbbells(cut to 8 last circuit) Repeat 2 more times
I love that my trainer adapts my routine when she sees that my form suffers. She waits until the last minute to make these changes so that I push through the moves.
