Today, I decided that I needed to bump my weights and/or reps for my strength workout.
--lat pull down: increased from 40 lbs to 45 lbs, reps same --leg press: increased from 60 lbs to 70 lbs, same reps --chest press: increased from 20 lbs to 25 lbs --bicep curls: didn't change because it still gets harder the last few curls --overhead press: increased from 7.5 lbs just the last set; will go back down due to difficulty in maintaining form --back extension: no changes --forearm plank: increased from 30 seconds to 45 seconds --stability ball sit ups: increased from 15 reps to 20 reps
Today's cardio was just walking at a moderate pace of 3.0 mph. I have an appointment with podiatrist tomorrow so I didn't want to have a tender foot. Right foot has zero pain (YAY) but left is still at a level 1-2 for pain.

11,076 steps. Pt workout, 3 miles walking in the senior hall, and one mile on treadmill this afternoon.
DS and I took DM to dr today. Shingles!!! She has no pain or itching. DS is staying till Thursday and then I will be back on duty.
Freezing rain predicted for tonight. Looks like an inside day tomorrow.
