Today was spent trying to get my mom some relief for her back/leg pain. Doctor found nothing serious (clots or breaks) and will follow up on Friday to give the pain meds time to work.

Because we had to wait for xrays and sonogram, the day slipped away. By the time we got home, it was late afternoon and I wouldn't be able to get my outside walk/jog done (no lighting). So, I did a total body video workout in my room. It was less than 30 minutes, but it was something.

Keep moving!
judycaret 9,000 steps for me today, a good walk.

Hoping for a little less rain here in Northern CA.
