Trainer day!

Mom was finally feeling well enough that I could get to the gym. I did my 5 minute treadmill warm up when I arrived and waited for trainer to finish what she was doing.

Set 1, repeated 3 times (bodyweight) --using a 20 inch cube, inclined jump backs, 20 reps --using a 20 inch cube, inclined plank twists, 20 reps --using a 20 inch cube, inclined push ups 10 --using a 20 inch cube, one leg on cube, lunge pulse on toes, 20 reps; repeat for each leg --sissy squats using TRX, 15 reps

Set 2, repeated 3 times --standing lat straight arm pull downs, 25 lbs, 15 reps --alternating lunge, tricep pushdowns, 20 lbs, 16 reps --TRX rows, bodyweight, 12 reps --20 inch cube, tricep dips, bodyweight, 10 reps

The lunge pulse was really hard since my core isn't strong enough to keep me balanced well. I had to use my arm to steady myself so I didn't fall over. Luckily, I didn't tip over.

Elaine/ret/IN FYI, jRod, if you're doing 15 reps, they are misnamed as "sissy squats." ;)

I walked 90 minutes today 10,313 steps. It was very cold and windy. I returned books to the library, so it felt productive.
