Wow!!! 13,538 steps for me. I set up the Zumba tape this morning (leader was out of town), then followed up with 3 miles walking the senior hall. Treadmill when I made it home after lunch with DM. Hoping for a drop on the scales this week. My problem: I enjoy eating!!!!

Three deer in the back yard right now. Momma and two yearlings. I call her "twinkletoes" because of her markings.

Hopefully we will be getting warmer weather (today is 17) this weekend.

Babs I know I've been neglectful about not reporting in here on the Exercise Roll Call....sorry! I have been walking or if not walking, then managing some sort of exertion. Old Walker I don't count steps but I walk for an hour every day and extra walks here and there. When the weather is bad I still walk inside (our house has an open plan and is two stories so I get in a great workout walking inside).

I have started doing planks, only 3 a day right now (Sundays off) but I can hold them for 65 seconds!
