I did grocery shopping this morning then walked 90 minutes. I've been craving certain foods I used to have when I went out, so today I made myself a Chicken Caesar salad for lunch. So good! And I entered every calorie into MFP.
Did you exercise?

Hi Bob! iPad + Safari. I can select my file and go to my photo library. I select one, it appears in the box, and I crop. Then when I select upload it disappears. I'm so nontechy, but I've done it many times, trying different pics, with the same outcome. Thanks, Judy

I was able to upload an image, I think you may be hitting a wrong button along the way. Do you have a desktop or laptop computer you can try from. (Sorry to draft on your thread, guys)
