Resume Timeline question

I started a job this year with a great district teaching what I love, but the only problem is they RIF quite often. I was displaced this year (luckily) and I found a position at another school in the district but I am worried about this year. My admin told me that she was shocked I wasn't RIF'd and that I should be careful because I should try and stay with a position for several years before leaving otherwise it is not desireable by new employers. I worked for two years at another district, we moved into a new house and I found a new job closer to home (this one). I started my teaching career three years ago.

I'm sure there's some truth to changing jobs frequently and I'm not looking to change jobs; however if it almost happened to me once it might happen again next year.
