I rode for almost 2 hours straight in a sunny warm day. I decided to participate in the preparation for the big end of season ride the cycling club has. This one I went to was to help beginners to gradually work up to that 34 mile ride. I have some work to do!

I am glad to have found an exercise program that I can see and feel the progress over time. Plus it's fun!

Bev-MI I think your 2 hours was fantastic! When is the end of season ride? How far is the 2 hours take you??

I have been slacking on the treadmill sessions and only went two times to pt workout last week. Dr appt on Friday, has me scheduled for an ultra sound this next week. Hopefully, its only bruised muscle tissue (breast). Mentally not into ...See More

men52 Bev: It took me 45 minutes to get to the meeting place. The leader spent some time giving us advice and tips before we did the first loop. That was 3 miles. Then we repeated that loop but I broke away half way through to head home. He said our speed today is about 11 mph. judycaret Walked with a friend this morning then another 1,000 steps by myself for a total of 11,000 steps. Big heat wave, ugh. It was quite warm at 9:00am. Good work, men, I'm impressed! Bea, thinking of you.
