I tried posting twice today, but as usual trying to post on my phone means vanishing posts. Very frustrating.
I rode my bike to and from the place our group training cycles. It was in the high 80's in direct sun so it was very hot. I slathered myself in sunscreen but I still got darker. I can really feel the increase in speed and distance....See More

8,381 yesterday and 7,199 today. Not getting walks in, but working daily on the garden. Babysitting tonight. What could be better than sitting outside watching the 7-year-old shoot baskets and the 5 year-old-drawing with sidewalk chalk? Love these two faces.
