I put in 21.1 on the bike in spinning class this morning. New music and new routines. Nice change of pace.

I am probably taking tomorrow off to rest before our 22 mile group trek ride with a midway stop at a pastry shop! Yummy.

Oh, jrod so sorry to read about all your injuries. One of the major reasons I choose cycling over other exercises is because I NEVER want to get planters fascitis ever again. Period! Hope you heal soon.

judycaret men, will you explain that to me please? Are some forms of exercise more prone to planters fasciitis than others? Please tell me walking is safe.

I walked 90 minutes with a friend. Yakkety yak.

men52 Judy, I got mine last year in a Zumba class in my right foot. It was the class that particular instructor had us do jumping jacks in a routine. It took 6 months for the pain to go away when walking. I notice a twinge in that foot when I lifted weights. Maybe I wasn't 100% using proper form but when I lift heavy things I can feel something.
