retirement question

Hi, I taught for 10 years in Canada, before moving to Florida where I am teaching now for 10 years ( public schools both),Am 56 years old and thinking to retire at 2023 ( 25 years of teaching). Now my question ,how am I going to collect my pension from two different pension systems,is there anybody who has the same situation or know someone. Thank you a lot.

Deb ms/IA I have a the same timeline! I am trying to schedule a time to meet with a retirement person at the state IPERS and I plan on attending a spring retirement planning session with the union. This should help make my planning a bit easier. Can you do the same?
