Looks like our group has been missing. Hope everyone is doing ok. I am still taking care of DM and spending the nights there. I have been keeping up with pt workout and walking when I have the time. Today I am reporting 9873 steps, so far. Using the 10,000 as my goal, it does take some time!! Weigh in last night: -2.4#. I was happy with that. About time!

judycaret I'm so glad you both posted. I'm still here! I'm still walking every day, some days more than others. I'm still doing well on my weight, but it seems like maintainance is just as hard as losing.

I'm emptying out my house and it will go on the market in March. Lots of work to do on it before then.
