Since my school was closed today due to weather, I had some time to go in for a spinning class. It was a challenging new routine. We did more endurance today, so I ended up with 19 miles total.

Yesterday I waited too long to get into spinning class yesterday, so I tried a new class for me. It was like Zumba but it was to different styles of music, not Latin. It was fun and I could walk today without soreness in my hips and knees.

I thought I would have to spend a lot of time shoveling snow this morning but our next door neighbor, bless his heart, brought out his snowblower and cut my work in half. Nice neighbor.

Is anyone out there working out this new year? It would be a shame to lose the group after all this time. I am lonely posting with only Elaine and Bev posting sometimes.
