Secondary and adult students in the same classroom

Hi everyone. I'm Morgan and I'm in my fourth year of teaching high school science classes. I'm currently in my first of year of teaching Human Anatomy and Physiology at a local community college one night a week. So I have experience in teaching both secondary and adult students although most of them have been my past high school students.

I just found out this past week (Thursday) that I would be moving from my high school class to the Technology Center to teach Anatomy and Physiology to both secondary students and adult students in the same class. The center offers several different medical careers and all students must go through this class before they go into their field choice. The center has both a secondary student handbook and adult student handbook which is a little different but if adult are in a class with secondary students they must follow the secondary student class rules and the rules of the class room teacher including disciplinary policies of each.
