ThirdtimeisacharmNo, I do not. I would love to know as well. I received referrals for these locations and Oki twice already ...most recent was last week.

I received an email from my background investigator asking for clarifying questions. When I began the background investigation I was in the process of PCSing with my husband to Japan. When I filled out EQip I used my address I was currently living at which was in PA. When I turned in my FBI finger print Card I used the address I was staying at as I was transitioning in between old duty station and new. It was my parents house in Tx, we were visiting before our move. The investigator wanted to know why the address on my fingerprint card was not on any of the addresses that I had previously lived in section 8 of Eqip. He also wanted to know the dates I lived at this address (the one in texas). I provided the explanation as well as the exact dates. 19June-15July. He said i had until the 30th to reply. I replied the same day as well as a follow up email making sure he got my first email. no response. Do you think this will affect my background investigation? I know everyone in this group understands the fear and anxiety I am feeling right now. All the hard work I have put into preparing for this job, the interview, paperwork, everything. For it to be denied for an error so small would SUCK! (Excuse my bluntness) Please help ease my anxiety. Am I screwed?
HelpOthersHaha has explained the situation well. This year only people who needed to be placed in a new position (old one no longer existed) were placed. They did not necessarily go where they wanted to go. You sign that you understand this can happen.
Worldwide EducatorWe arrived in Yokosuka in Nov 2017 and were offered housing on base, however we desired to live off base, which is costly upfront. I believe that it depends on the availability at the time. We have teachers at our school who live on base. Where will you be teaching?

HelpOthersYou ned to make sure each page is complete. Upload transcripts and educator certificate/license. Make sure each box on your application is green. This includes adding 3 references from supervisors.
Hello everyone. My husband had an interview last week and the interviewer checked his references before the interview. Is that typical? I guess I'm hoping that's a good sign. :)
My application finally says "qualified"! Does that mean I'm on their referral list for positions? RS viewed my profile. Does anyone know who RS is at Headquarters?
HelpOthersRS is the initials of the person that reviewed your documentation and updated to qualified. This does not really have anything to do with referral lists. It just means that if you do make a referral list, the principal will see that you have met the qualifications and may be more likely to interview you than someone not yet qualified.
CmcI have too, but I have submitted my sub application. I'm currently a contract employee and my contrat is up at the end of September, I'm likely not going to renegotitate . I plan to take sub jobs and truly enjoy our last year here.
