I too received an email back in April for a math position at the elementary/middle school in Guam. My husband is being stationed there! We are super excited. I just wish I could get an update about this position! I am not good at the waiting game.

Thank you for understanding that isitfriday, I am very active and love to hike and be outdoors, so air quality is fairly important for my quality of life.

Surprisingly or not, this also depends on politics. This is what is supposed to happen. But it does not always happen that way.

Interesting... lol I just thought about what it entailed. I think a referral list went out for it because my quals were reviewed for it. However, they said it was missing a class.
I am looking for a German online class at an accredited US university.

I would only bring small appliances that you are super attached to - you will have to run them through a transformer if they are not dual voltage. You will be able to pick up anything you need fairly cheap through the base garage sale Facebook pages or Varage Sale. The base will usually provide a certain number of transformers, so bring all your good stuff.
You can bring your cheap stuff too. It's a small hassle dealing with transformers, but bringing the stuff saves you the expense of having to immediately replace everything.
