Our credentials are: he is secondary math and cute certified. I'm certified elementary and language arts. I'm an instructional coach and staff developer currently. And we both have our admin licenses. Do these sound like desirable credentials? We both have 20 years in public school.
Other question- is somewhere in Europe
hopeless? I've heard those are tough to get. We are going to put Japan as secondary, but it's not our preference. Would love any insights! Thanks so much.

Those are fine areas of certification and your years of experience are certainly enough to satisfy any principal. The admin license doesn't really play into it as admin hiring is done through a separate program although if you get to an interview a principal might be impressed by it (or not, you never know). CTE is a nice plus. The cuteness is kind of wasted since DoDDS only does telephone interviews. :D
