You should apply for compensatory reading as well since you have a reading endorsement.

I did add compensatory reading after the fact, but it says pending. I did not want to teach reading initially because I have been doing only math for 10 years. A friend who already teaches in Japan suggested I add everything I am qualified for to increase my chances. No referrals yet for reading, though.
