If you had an interview/offer then I wouldn't be too concerned about not getting referrals. But, I would call HR and have them double-check that your account is active and eligible for hiring this year. When you turn down an offer your account is generally locked for the rest of that recruitment season (to keep people from cherry-picking locations)...See More
