It seems that my application in the system has not be evaluated since 2015. I've updated my application each year as it has asked. Has this happened to anyone else?

Thank you for pointing this out to me! It still showing that year to update as 2015-2016. Anything else I need to do?

I actually had the exact same issue as well. I wonder if other people realize that you have to reupload everything.
