Where are you that there would be an RIF?

well, that is common in all schools, right? we call it de-staffing in my county. when K numbers go down sometimes you lose that bubble class. Where are you posted now?

You must be stateside since DoDEA overseas has never had a RIF. There is always a slim chance of being excessed with overseas schools if your school is losing too many students and you have the lowest seniority at a certain position.
