I've gotten referrals from schools in Europe and the Pacific over the years. I think it's more like a glitch of some kind when the principal does a search and maybe prints a list but exits the system before taking a final step that would send out the notification email to everyone on the list (or at least that's one of the possibilities based on th...See More
