The union in the Pacific sends out information from time to time. There are new/replacement schools being planned all over but not many places where they would be anywhere close to hiring already for next year. Yokota has a new HS opening next year year to replace the old one and Zama/Atsugi will have a combined 7-12 to replace the separate middle ...See More

Yes, Iwakuni is it. I found the link Euxpat posted before, but I did not see any from Iwakuni. Haha, is it new or it's a name change?

The current schools are named Perry (an elementary and a middle/high school). I believe they are adding an additional elementary school and middle school (both named Iwakuni) due to growth. I also understand that there is a new high school building replacing the old (but still going by the name Perry).

Thank you, haha. I actually like the idea of going to a new school. I was part of a group that restructured a failing school once. Going to the school was tough because we heard over and over again, "This is how we've done it for years."
