It allows only one registered username. There is a legacy chatboard system here where you can post without registering, I assume someone posted through that system using your profile name. You can also choose a display name (I assume you changed yours). That system should check first for other registered usernames or display names before it allows ...See More

Sorry SpedTeacher74. I had the name back in 2012 but then didn't get on here for some time. When I reactivated my account, I didn't realize someone else had the name. I changed mine as well. Now I will look for those avatars!
