Chances of a special ed hire? HQT all core content areas, 7 years experience and will have masters completed in Admin in less than a year. Also, confused on what boxes I should checked to be qualified in. I'm in Ohio and our license is just mild to moderate intervention specialist k-12.

Thanks for any input you may have.

haha SPED is a relative shortage in DoDDS but when you have 10's of thousands of applicants sitting in your database, principals still have many well-qualified applicants to choose from. The general wisdom is to add as many areas of certification SPED and otherwise as you can. If you have a degree in SPED then you should be able to add Moderate to Sev. ...See More
