Agree with about taking some advice with a grain of salt. What I am looking for and want is the support.

Yes, people will quickly reach out to, especially if you are headed their way. We agreed to buy our car sight unseen from someone who was on their way out of our destination (and it has been a good inexpensive deal for us)..
