Trying to submit my firm offer paperwork and realized that it gives me just a mailing address for official transcripts. Has anyone been able to get a response from HR about if you can have them sent through a secure system via the university to the HR person's email rather than hard copies? I emailed my HR rep but thought I might get a faster response here since it is after hours there.

Redclover711 Just to let everyone know the response I got. You may send electronic official pdf copies that are sent directly from the university to your HR person via email instead of mailing in. They must be official transcripts ordered through the university if your university offers this service, which most do anymore.

That meant that I had to reorder hard copy transcripts express mail to my address and pull them all together into a fat envelope and then express mail them on to DoDEA. It would have ...See More
