Does anyone know what type of results would have the offer recinded other than the obvious law breakage? My biggest concern is I have crappy credit because I havent had enough income to make ends meet with my current positions salary. That and I was self employed previously and really have no way they can verify it other than tax returns.

haha It is similar. We had bad credit and problems with student loans (although we made sure they were reinstated and had made a couple of payments by the time I was hired) and made it through the checks with no problems. someday I think if you are behind on federal debt (student loans, taxes) that could be a no go but if it's consumer debt and you are working to fix you might not need to worry.

superstock98 Well, I have no federal debt, Student Loans have never been behind. It is all consumer debt from before when I was self-employed and some related to low income after becoming a teacher. haha Well, basically it is up to whoever is handling your background check and the policies and guidelines they have been instructed to follow (so whoever you have emailed cannot really comment on whether it will be a problem for you).
