Remember - get an EKG for yourself if you are over 40. EKG is not required for dependents (regardless of age). New hires get a TB test too. TB test for dependents is not required. Thank you. Someone on the DoDDS FB page e-mailed it to me within 4 minutes of my asking. I love how helpful everyone is. My physical is the easiest, because it can be done at the occupation clinic on post who do this regularly. They said the automatically do EKG for anyone over 40. Good plan re: kids' physicals. During a recent well child exam, we just had the pediatrician hand write a clearance to travel/move overseas letter on clinic letterhead. HR accepted those just fine. : )

My husband is out of town and went to a Minute Clinic near him today for a physical. They wrote on their that he was cleared to travel and live in Japan. Hopefully that will suffice.
