@KG..Yes, I received the tentative offer email and "account inactive" email, back to back.

The tentative offer says mixed elementary. I know that there were multiple grade level positions open when I interviewed. I am PK-5 certified and have taught all but one grade level in elementary. So I gather, I will find out specifically when I get there.

You'll likely find out before you get there since the other grade levels should be settled before you arrive (well virtually all of them I suppose).

Yes, you send the verification forms to your HR in each district where you have worked and have them send them back to you. Scan and upload the information and to keep for your records. Congratulations!
