Hi. I submitted a 5013 that said I worked at my district for 12 years. I worked in two buildings during that time. My Hr repent me note that they got my transcripts to show I am masters plus 30. However she said I only had two years at one building. I have resent it 4 times with no response. I am at the point I am just planning to sort it out once we are ther. Will that be ok? Or so I need to make sure it is right before we leave the states? Eight years is a big difference in salary!
haha It would be great if it could be done before you start collecting paychecks but it's not a huge tragedy if it needs to wait until you get there. Once there and with an official email and better contacts things usually happen fairly quickly with payroll etc.

HelpOthers Agreed. You can put in a salary change with documentation and it can happen after the documentation is received. Don't let it stop you from getting to your duty station on time.
