Just received an email: "We would like to set a phone interview for the ESL Permanent, Part time Seasonal position in Fort Buchanan Puerto Rico." I just arrived in China three days ago for an ESL position, but my first loyalty is always to the US government. My question: What is a Permanent, Part time Seasonal position and what is the expected timeline from phone interview to offer to arrival on site? Thank you.

Permanent means not a temporary or not to exceed position. Part time because it is only a .5 position (with .5 benefits). Seasonal because we get our summers off.
