Check with your school secretary, they should know. If it's not right then have them help you file a pay inquiry. Maybe another new hire can post from their knowledge/experience.

Have you checked a few times today? We didn't our deposit until it was actually the 8th in the states in one of our accounts. I also don't think we received Post Allowance, but when I looked in DAPS, it seems like that just got approved yesterday so I can see how it didn't make it into the paycheck.

This information is useless to you now but when I was in the Navy Station in Hawaii direct deposits happen at 12am EST so in Hawaii we got paid at 6pm Hawaiian time the day before payday

I got paid later in the evening. My husband sent me a text "We had $_____ deposited today!" I thought it was weird to not see it first thing in the morning, but it got there.
