Oh Sorry! Thanks for correcting me Haha. I was under the impression since it is considered like Puerto Rico, No LQA, etc, that it wasn't. I am going to leave answers I no nothing about to you! Being C,D,OR F would basically mean there is not much chance of transfer, right?

Don't worry about it. DoDEA also finds Guam to be a strange animal and cannot quite work out whether to treat it as domestic or overseas posting (and some things change so quickly that it takes me by surprise).

@ haha Can I still be an active applicant with DODDS while working for DDESS on Guam? If teaching in Guam, would I be considered a Guam taxpayer or considered a taxpayer from my home state?

Good questions. I don't claim to be an expert on Guam. I believe that you would still be in the system and be considered for DoDEA overseas positions just as you would if you were working for a DoDEA Americas school stateside.
