Someday, What is your certification area? Im in the red headed step child area of Social Studies. haha, HR mentioned there were a lot of different variables from multiple sources that determines when the evaluation happens and that certification area is one of the main ones.

Haha I think you are right that it might be the certs and who is handling my file. I might have had a cert that they were still looking for a hire on so they checked it.
