Is the assumption true that DODEA kids behaved way better than U.S. kids? For example, violence towards teachers, other students, etc..

haha Yeah, that's why I said it's so hard to compare or make blanket generalizations. I'd say there are a fair amount of "snowflake" students and enabling parents, mostly at the elementary levels in my direct experience in DoDEA. HelpOthers DoDEA schools that are within the USA deal with many more issues than those overseas. When there are severe behavior problems overseas, the dependent can be forced to return to the USA.

Every child and family within a culture is unique, so I agree it is hard to make a blanket statement.
