How does the transfer round work? Like once you put in to be transferred...I am guessing people are ranked? Or do they just pick candidates to interview and decide that way? Thanks.

haha No problem. It's kind of complicated and change a bit from time to time. The transfer round announcement tried to spell it out but basically it's by groups with Group A getting the highest priority (well really A+ but A+ is certain locations, + years in location and/or willingness to go world wide.

Ida You are given preference by number of years in a location. For example, in Korea, it takes 3 years to get A+ status. Other locations take various years between 5, 7, 10. Most of the European locations are considered F. If you are in the same place in Europe for 10 years I think you can get A+.
