Does anyone know if having/passing a recent governmental background check would speed up the DODEA background check? I have had numerous governmental background checks: college ROTC, BIA employment, passport, TSA precheck, and I just submitted my Global Entry application. If so, the implication would be that new applicants could expedite there future background check by having a recent governmental background check. You're thoughts?
haha Anything is possible I guess but generally, no. Even if someone recently completed the exact same background check for another non-teaching position (like a substitute) they generally still have to go through the whole background check/EQIP process again.

Maybe someone else has a different experience to share.

Donna J haha, I knew a background check would still have to be completed but was hoping that having one just completed might move this one along. We are always looking for an angle, aren't we? lol
