You should be OK (I believe). If you haven't seen any movement in a week or so, try calling or emailing (preferably to the person who hopefully left their name or initials on your application notes).

There might be initials beside the person who said you need to upload the official transcript. That is the notes.

To see the application notes you must go back to where it first said that you must upload your official transcript. The comments left by the evaluator person are the "notes" on your application. It will say "re-evaluate" in the Quals area until your applic is reviewed again. It will change to "qualified" , or "not qualified" (and new comments), or ...See More
