I concur with this. Make sure you are calling and asking questions at the staffing line. My HR rep ended up switching to someone else midway through my process and I didn't know until I called after a week of unanswered emails.

I scanned my fingerprint card and saved a copy before sending it. This might be something others want to try just in case.
