At this rate I probable wont be able to get the prints turned in by the due date.

They are most likely closed due to the shutdown, at least they have in the past. Can you get a fingerprint card from the place you get your prints done? Sometimes they will have them if the agency requesting the prints doesn't provide one. Contact the secretary at the school where you were hired. They can contact HR for you and get a response for you regarding fingerprint cards if you can't get one. And, yes, HR was furloughed due to shutdown but is now back in business...

I hope you had this resolved. I believe most sherrif's offices and military facilities have the same fingerprint cards.
